Abstract Submission

All abstracts have to be blinded. Abstracts should be no more than 2 A4/letter pages including figures and at least four references. Submit the abstract via the Paper Submission link. Upload a PDF file and copy the raw text into the abstract field of the submission form.

Paper Submission

All full papers must be formatted using the paper template below and submitted fully blinded, in Word format (*.doc or *.docx). Following acceptance, authors should take the reviewer’s comments into account and upload the final text as a DOC file and all images as TIFFs. Papers should be  no more than 3000 words at 9 pages including images.

Following the abstract deadline, submissions will be closed for a short while. You will be able to submit full papers from June 1st onwards. While uploading an abstract will give you additional feedback to improve your paper, it is not a requirement for submitting a full paper. The reviewer’s decision will be solely based on the full paper.

Workshop Submission

Please submit your workshop proposal via eMail to chair@robarch2016.org. Provide information on the workshop topic, presenters, and a proposed schedule (download example) and compile it into no more than 2 pages of text and 4 additional images as a PDF (i.e. maximum 6 pages).
